- The proposal due date is extended to 27 November 2002, 1600 hours Pacific time. This is a full and open competition, however, the Government reserves the right to award one of the contracts to a small business that satisfactorily demonstrates the required capability. The DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, is posted and made available for offerors. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-OCT-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 05-MAR-2003.
