- Security Bollard Installation Security bollard installation at the U.S. Post Office & Courthouse located at 271 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11201. Project No. NNY92411, Solicitation No. GS-02P-02-DTC-0025. Work can be summarized as follows: The work includes the fabrication and installation of security bollards and cast iron covers at the exterior of an historic building. A major renovation/adaptive reuse is underway currently and will run concurrent to the work described in the solicitation. Working in coordination with the current on-site General Contractor performing the renovation/adaptive reuse work will be required. Estimated cost range for this project will be between $250,000 and $500,000.00. This procurement is being Set-Aside for Small Businesses Only. Bidding documents will be available on or about June 20, 2002. This solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) building information. SBU documents provided under this solicitation are intended for use by authorized users only. In support of this requirement, GSA requires bidders/offerors to exercise reasonable care when handling documents relating to SBU building information per the solicitation. For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requester of the Solicitation and Drawings must complete and sign "Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors". In addition the requester must provide the following information: 1. Copy of Business License 2. Company's Dunn and Bradstreet Number 3. Valid Tax Identification Number 4. A valid state driver's license (for person(s) picking up SBU Documents. After verification of the preceding information, the requester will be designated as an authorized user and copy of the Solicitation and Drawings will be released to the requester. A copy of the "Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors" maybe obtained by request from the Contracting Officer. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-JUN-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 05-MAR-2003.
