- Description
- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), a U.S. Government agency, has a lease for office space in Wheeling, West Virginia that will be expiring on May 31, 2003. PBGC will need office space consisting of approximately 5,000 rentable square feet available for use by Tenant for personal furnishings and equipment. Space must be on one floor with expansion potential on the same floor. Space must meet all fire and handicap accessibility codes. Offered building must be located in downtown Wheeling within the following delineated area: South of I-70; North of 16th Street; Chapline Street West to the Ohio River. The space must be available for a firm lease term of five (five) years. Space must be available for occupancy by June 1, 2003. The following information should be submitted: (l) building name and address; (2) full service rental rate per rentable square foot; (3) estimated operating costs per rentable square foot; (4) one letter size floor plan showing the offered space and potential expansion space; (5) tenant build-out allowance; (6) lease form. PLEASE NOTE that the existing landlord will be eligible to compete for the space which PBGC currently occupies. Information must be submitted by 4:00 P.M. local time on March 17, 2003.
