- Z - RFP Best Value Procurement 101813P015, Renovation of the Environmental Education Center at the US Fish and Wildlife Service, San Francisco Bay NWR, 1751 Grand Blvd., Alviso, California (near San Jose) 95002 in Santa Clara County. Plans and specifications will be available on or around June 30, 2003. This construction project is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor. This procurement will be a Best Value Award, past performance and experience, cost as a secondary issue. Work will consist of building renovation, specialized heating and ventilating systems to scrub chlorine gas, propane-generator, and electrical wiring. The solicitation package and drawings will be posted at the National Business Center web site at www.nbc.gov after June 30. Search the website using the solicitation number 101813P015 at the website.
