- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision to perform the work to remove the existing EDPM roof from several buildings at the Portland VA Medical Center and install a new ballasted PVC roof as required by drawings and specifications. Estimated construction range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS code 235610 applies. The solicitation package will be available on or about 19 March 2003 electronically FREE at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Copies on CD will be available from the Portland VA by written request only for a fee of $25.00. Only certified checks or money orders will be accepted. NO fax or telephone requests will be accepted. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. All questions must be submitted in writing. THIS SOLICITATION IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
