Retirement Planning Training Statement of Work and Contract Objectives: Proposals for the delivery of Retirement Planning training to FSA employees are required to demonstrate how the vendor plans to fulfill the following contract objectives. The contracted training will provide FSA employees with knowledge of: 1) Tax, financial, and estate planning; 2) Social Security and Medicare; 3) Federal government retirement benefits; 4) Best dates to retire; 5) Other applicable knowledge as appropriate. Additionally, the vendor should allot adequate time for answering retirement questions posed by training participants AND the vendor should have the ability to deliver six classes during 2003, with four classes being held in Washington, DC and two class potentially being held in a regional office. Evaluation Criteria - Retirement Planning (FSA Career Zone) - The proposals for the delivery of Retirement Planning training to FSA employees will be evaluated by applying the following criteria: 1) Experience in delivering training to facilitate the smooth transition of federal employees into retirement; 2) Quality of available resources and knowledge of federal employee retirement options; 3) Relevance and quality of recent past performance; 4) Overall completeness of proposal; 5) Price to the government including proposed rates, discounts, and incentives; 6) Availability of training within the specified time period. Submit proposals (one original and two copies) to Dwayne Rumber. Proposals must be received by March 21, 2003, 5:00PM.
