- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary for the renovation laboratory facilities located at the USDA, ARS, Nematology Laboratory, Jackson, Tennessee. The work includes but is not limited to: Provide renovation of existing building with demolition, asbestos abatement and new finishes; Provide gypsum board walls and ceilings, metal doors and frames, aluminum insulation glass windows, painting, and vinyl composition flooring; Provide laboratory casework and equipment; and Provide mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. The work will be completed in 150 days. An IFB will be issued on or about March 25, 2003. An estimated cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
