- Description
- This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Group Key West, Building 102, US Coast Guard Station, Key West, (Monroe County) Florida. The project work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials for the replacement of two chilled water coil air conditioning units and their outside air chilled water coils, return air plenums, flat filters, face, and bypass dampers. Replace chilled water valves used at these units for coil isolation, branch isolation, or bypass. Reinsulation of affected ductwork, chilled water piping, and the drip tray drain lines. Temporary air conditioning units shall be furnished. Accelerated work schedule is required for this project. Performance time is 70 days. Estimated price range is $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Bid opening date is April 23, 2003 at 2:00 pm EST. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 023511 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, with a size standard of $28.5 million. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available.
