Description

NA Solicitation for telecommunication services to provide all labor, transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance and test equipment for ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network) PRI (Primary Rate Interface), and traffic studies for optional fut ure updates, to supply voice, data and video access to the Public Service Network (PSN) which provides a comprehensive set of local exchange services, analog and digital access transport services and an inter- and intra-Local Access Transport Area (LATA) i nterconnect function at thirteen (13) locations; Atlanta, Decatur, Dobbins ARB, Ellenwood, Albany, Augusta, Calhoun, Columbus, Forsyth, Ft. Stewart (NGTC), Macon, Savannah, and Statesboro. Switches are Mitel SX-2000 with Lightware 30, Release 3. PRI wi ll be connected to existing Mitel SX-2000 PRI Card in the DSU Node located in each site’s Switch Room. Signaling requirement is NI2 FAS (National ISDN2 Frame Alignment Signal). Primary long distance carrier will be MCI under the FTS-2001 contract. Indus try Standard CCS (Common Channel Signaling) standard should be used for engineering. Contractor will NOT supply emergency 911 services over the PRI. Consecutive DID’s in the ranges specified with Public Listing of DIDs not to exceed 20 listings per 1000 D IDs. Current service is through Georgia Tech Authority. No fur ther questions shall be excepted after that time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517110. This acquisition is not restricted.
