- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has been informed that, due to budgetary cuts, there will be no funds provided to cover the design, fabrication, inspection, packaging and delivery of the Rapid Wall Breaching Kit (RWBK). Based on the above, solicitation number DAAE30-03-R-0108 has been cancelled in it's entirety.
