Description
Notice of Posting of RFP Number R-OPC-22011: The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) Number R-OPC-22011 on or after Wednesday, July 17, 2002 for the Ginnie Mae Single Family Master Subservicer acquisition. The applicable NAICS is 523110, Investment Banking and Securities Dealing with a Size Standard of $6.0 million effective 2/22/02. This acquisition will satisfy the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) requirement for One or More Single Family Master Subservicers. Among other duties, the Master Subservicer or Master Subservicers will take over Ginnie Mae Single Family Issuer functions for defaulted Ginnie Mae Single Family Issuers. The period of performance is approximately five (5) years including all option periods. It will be solicited and awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 15 for Full and Open Competition. There are no partial or total set-asides in this acquisition. This acquisition will include a pre-bidders' conference to be held on Friday, July 19, 2002. The conference will be held at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Headquarters building located at 451 7th St. SW Rm 5256, Washington D.C. 20410 from 9:00 am to approximately 12:00 noon. Please arrive at least one half hour early at the North Entrance to the building. Escorts will be waiting at the visitor's desk to escort interested parties to the conference.
