- This notice has been issued to those interested parties in the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Block 2 program. The planned release of a draft RFP for industry comment has been delayed until early February 2003. Other companies interested in the CEC Block 2 competition are requested to e-mail an expression of interest by 31 January 2003 to: MURRAYJM@NAVSEA.NAVY.MIL. This expression of interest should contain a single point-of-contact and include mailing address, telephone number, facsimile number, and e-mail address for said point-of-contact. Only one point-of-contact per company is requested.***** NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-DEC-2002).
