Description

Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Contract-Scope of Work includes but is not limited to providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for mechanical operation and maintenance of the Federal Building at 819 Taylor Street; U.S. Court House, W. 10th & Lamar Streets; and Federal Parking Garage, 401 Texas Street, in downtown Fort Worth, TX. The services will include operations, maintenance and repairs of all Building's systems to include: CSI Energy Management System; Digital Fire Alarm System; all Electical Switchgears; and Central Chiller/Boiler Plant and all associated Equipment. This procurement shall be awarded utilizing source selection procedures. Performance period is for a three-year base period, with two three-year options. Estimated start date is 1/3/03. Solicitation will be posted on or about 9/19/02. The solicitation will be made available electronically at the FedBizOps website on the Internet at www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading documents. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror who represents the best value to the Government.
