- THE USOPM INTENDS TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE, FIRM-FIXED PRICE PLUS AWARD FEE CONTRACT MODIFICATION TO TELTARA, INC., 16100 NORTH GREENWAY - HAYDEN LOOP, SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85260, TO EXTEND THE EXPIRING CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIAL JANITORIAL AND CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT USOPM HEADQUARTERS, 1900 E STREET, NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20415. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF 6.302-1. THIS CONTRACT MODIFICATION IS NEEDED TO CONTINUE SERVICES UNTIL A NEW 8(A) COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT IS AWARDED. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR COMPETITVE OFFERS. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THE PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. SEE NUMBERED NOTE 22.
