- Description
- Single award term contract for the IRS/Austin, TX. Beginning May 1, 2003 and ending April 30, 2004, with two possible options years. Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the production of various newsletters requiring such operations as electronic prepress/filmmaking, proofs, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: 14. QUANTITY: 7,200 to 7,700 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Range from 8 to 24. TRIM SIZE: 8-1/2 x 11". Deliver f.o.b. destination to Austin, TX. Complete production and delivery is required within 5 to 7 workdays. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder's letterhead. Reference Program 1463-S on request. Additionally, bidders may download the specifications from the GPO web site once they are issued (www.access.gpo.gov/procurement/atlanta/synopsis.shtml).
