- The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment and supervision needed to perform mostly janitorial services, as well as facility management services and mechanical operations and maintenance at the Federal Building and Courthouse, 211 S. Court Street, Rockford, Illinois. The contract period is December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2004, with the option of extending the contract period for four one-year periods. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $14 million. Interested parties may access the solicitation via the Federal Business Opportunities at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about March 19, 2003. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation as no hard copies will be provided. It is also the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be on or about April 18, 2003 at 4:00 PM CST. A pre-proposal conference will be held, date unknown. However, once the date is determined, notification will be made. Refer to the Security Requirements in Section J of the solicitation in order to attend the walk-thru following the conference.
