Description

The objective of this project is to provide a system to use solar energy to preheat service hot water at the Mid Atlantic Social Security Center, 300 Spring Garden Street Philadelphia, PA 19123. One qualified contractor will be selected to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary to design, install, test and commission the complete solar water heating system. The system shall operate in conjunction with the building's existing gas and oil fired systems and with the building's existing hot water recirculation loop. Prior to installation, Contractor must submit data showing that it has successfully designed and installed systems of the same type and design as specified in the specifications and proposed by the Contractor.
