Description
SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a requirement for "off-the-shelf" software that will be used as a credit risk prescreening tool in stratifying the Shared National Credit portfolio. The software will also be used as an ongoing tool for monitoring credit risk in public companies, and assessing risk within industries or portfolios. The Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) proposed for delivery of the information must comply with standards 1194.21 and 1194.22, 1194.31 and 1194.41 of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. Period of performance is anticipated to be a base period from May 1, 2003 or date of award, whichever is later, through April 30, 2004, and four option periods of one year each through April 30, 2008. HOW TO ACQUIRE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. The OCC will issue the solicitation at this web site, FedBizOpps.gov, around March 20th. The solicitation document will contain the details of OCC's requirement, the instructions for submitting a quote, and how the quotes will be evaluated. You may E-mail your interest in this requirement to thora.stanwood@occ.treas.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the OCC. OCC anticipates awarding a contract by May 1, 2003 using the simplified acquisition process under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items in Subpart 13.5.
