- 1377-01-053-8604. Total Quantity: 1,013. FOB Origin. Acquisition is restricted to Hi-Shear Technologies, Teledyne Electronics, and Pacific Scientific-Quantic, the only approved sources of supply. It is anticipated that there will be 2 contract awards to 2 different contractors to maximize industry delivery capability while enhancing competition. Items 0001-0003 (quantity 609 each) will be awarded under one contract. The awardee will not be eligible to receive a contract for Items 0004-0006. Items 0004-0006 (quantity 404 each) will be awarded under another contract. The awardee will not be eligible to receive a contract for Items 0001-0003. Determination of which offer will be accepted for each contract award will be determined by computing the lowest aggreage cost to the Government for the combined value of both contract awards.
