- DESC: The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington (FISC Washington) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to American Hospital Association (One North Franklin, Chicago Illinois 60606-3421) on behalf of the Bureau of Medicine & Surgery, Washington, DC for membership fees. The American Hospital Association is the only provider of Advance Health in America (AHA) institutional membership for (Naval) hospitals throughout the US. NOTE: This requirement is not open to the general public and is not a request for competitive quotes; however interested parties may express their interest and capability to respon to the navy's requirements prior to noon March 6, 2003.
