- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA requires 3 different line items of electronic cable assemblies including one first article for each item, as a pre-production sample. Description follows: 30 each conforming to Navy drawing 5185413-2 Rev D and associated dwgs: 3136593 Rev F, 3136202 Rev G and 3136183 Rev C; plus 30 each of the same drawing package except conforming to Navy dwg 5185413-3 Rev D; 30 each conforming to Navy dwg 5185414-1 Rev D and associated dwgs: 3136183 Rev C, 3136202 Rev C and 3136593 Rev F; plus 60 each of the same dwg package except conforming to Navy dwg 5185414-2 Rev D. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. When issued, the RFQ will be post ed electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 13 March 2003. Award will be made on, or about 26 March 2003. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solic itation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Phone requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted. Numbered note 1 applies.
