- NA The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Modification to Contract DASG60-94-C-0073 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, P.O. Box 296, Azusa, CA 91702-0296. The proposed acquisition is directed to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. T his contracting effort is to provide an additional four (4) years (FY 04-07) of Contractor Logistics Services (CLS) to support and maintain the five (5) fielded JTAGS systems providing depot-level, in-plant, and on-site maintenance support and technical as sistance to insure the uninterrupted operation of the deployed JTAGS.
