This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Required Delivery without First Article Testing is 17 each, 280 Days After Contract Award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dat e stated above.
