- NA The item to be procured is the Filter Unit, Stand, NSN 4240-01-129-0836, Part Number 5-19-6290-20. For use on the M90 Gas & Particulate Filter. Proposed purchase contract award shall be 100% small business set-aside. Total estimated ordering quantity is 18 each with a 100% option, which can be exercised anytime within one year after date of purchase award. Estimated issue date is March 19, 2003. Estimated closing date is April 21, 2003. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wanting and electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address by the internet: HTTP://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/in dex.htm Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will as any amendments thereto. because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
