- NA This is an announcement to inform the general public that Fort Riley, Kansas will be negotiating a sole source modification IAW FAR 6.302-1 to extend the existing subject contract for a period of one month for continuity of services. The Effective date f or this contract extension is 01 April 2003. The modification to extend will be made on the current contract with Penn Enterprises, which provides all the resources necessary to provide support for the Laundry and Dry Cleaning services on this installation . This current contractor is capable of providing uninterrupted service until a new contract can be awarded for Fort Riley.
