- Description
- This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with Congressional Quarterly for renewal of an on-line publication subscription service for HQ SOCCOM, MacDill AFB, Florida. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to Congressional Quarterly under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 ?only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2000-7. FAR 52.212-1. 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. This offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price. Additional applicable FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.212-2, 52.219-8, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, with their quote.
