- Description
- Synopsis: This acquisition is for the repair of the following NSNs: 1270-01-259-5695AY, 5995-01-288-2254AY, 5985-01-256-6544AY, 5990-01-388-0252AY, 5855-01-258-7557AY and 5985-01-419-9386AY applicable to the AN/AAQ-13 Navigation Pod. The requirement will be for a 5 year (basic and 4 options)long-term,time and material type contract. The BEQ quantites range from 1 to 8 depending on NSN. This acquisition is for USAF only. The only known source for this repair effort is Raytheon Company, McKinney TX, cage code 96214. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Justification: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services required and are available from one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not own the drawings for this acquisition to be competitive. The approximate issue date will be 15 days after posting with the approximate response date 30 days following.
