- Description
- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates a sole source award of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract to Biodot. Contractor is the sole manufacture of a cutting module 4000 and XYZ Despensing Platform. The cutting module is abrasion resistant and has a programmable cutting module with cutting capability of 6-7mm. Following the guidelines outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 14, it is anticipated that the solicitation shall be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for acquisition of a commercial service. The applicable NAISC code is 339999- 500, and the procurement shall be set aside for small business. The anticipated issued date of the written RFQ is o/a 17 March 2003 , and the proposal due date is 20 march 2003.
