- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-015-0808, YPG03049000917, Terminal, Assembly, in accordance with Grumman Aerospace Corp., Cage: 26512, P/N 160D920107-1, other sources are listed on the PID are Grumman Aerospace Corp. Cage: 61174 and CAPY Machine Shop Cage:0BVP9. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price Contract; any Contractors not listed on the PID must submit a Source Approval Package. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) has no Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. A First Article Government Testing is required. DSCR intends to award a firm-fixed price type contract for this item. This requirement is Unrestricted. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with delivery being more important than price. The base year quantity is 464 each with a 100% quantity option. An award decision may be based upon a combination of delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item. FOB at Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.
