- PR-No.: IQC02070000017. NSN 1420-00-920-7002. Slip Ring, Capsule. This item is source controlled by The Boeing Co. (94756). Alternate items are not eligible for award. See Notes 22 and 26. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 50-each in 150 days ADO, and any balance to be delivered at the rate of 50-each every 30-days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various quantity increments solicited: 50 to 99, 100 to 249, 250 to 499, 500 to 520. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 14 MARCH 2003. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This solicitation is unrestricted. Approved sources are The Boeing Co. (94756), Electro-Miniatures Corp. (17399), Electro-Tec Corp. (98089), and Litton Systems, Inc., (99932). The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-months Basic Contract, and one (1) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 24-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
