- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to rehab the existing asphalt concrete pavement and relocate the existing fuel pit at Air Station Port Angeles, Port Angeles, WA. The work includes (a) Sawcut and remove existing asphalt concrete pavement; (b) Provide new 1.5 inch minimum asphalt concrete pavement; (c) Prepare and provide new pavement slurry seal; (d) Restripe entire runway and apron; and (e) relocate the existing fuel pit system and associated equipment. Contractor shall provide a 10,500 gallon temporary fuel tank while the fuel pit is no in operation. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 75 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Process. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 234990, Small Business size standard is $28.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.eps.gov) on approximately 19 March 2003. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. Due date for bids will be 22 April 2003.
