Description

See Numbered Note 22 : This proposed procurement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with EXPO EXCHANGE, PO BOX 3376, FREDERICK, MD, 21705. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities by submitting a proposal. However, this is not a request for competitive proposals. All correspondence must be received by Februay 20, 2003. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
