- Description
- The Government intends to issue Solicitation Number FFAP-FA-030341-N orginally announced under Solicitation Number FFAP-FA-03021E-N. However, due to internal administrative matters is now issuing under FFAP-FA-03041-N. The Government intends to issue Solicitation Number FFAP-FA-030341-N for the procurement of Sedans and Full Size Vans to meet European Standards for Italy, Belgium, and Germany for current model year vehicles. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price, Multiple Vendor, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with estimated quantities. The contract period will be one base year plus four one-year option periods and will contain an economic price adjustment clause. Shipment is required 90 days after receipt of orders. The Government anticipates, at a minimum, making awards for each OEM Representative in the current Federal Standard. The solicitation will issue on or about February 3, 2003, and will close on March 12, 2003, at 3:30 p.m.. The Government will make awards for each contract line item to Multiple Vendors that meet required specifications and prices have been determined fair and reasonable by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer to the GSA Bid Room at 301 7th & D Street, SW, Bid Room, Room #1065, Washington, DC 20407. All responsible sources must submit proposal in English and in U.S. Dollars for evaluation and consideration.
