- Y -- SOURCES SOUGHT The U. S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set-aside an acquisition for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns only. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $2,500,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 233320 and the small business size standard is $28.5 Million. The acquisition is to Replace Station Manistee at the U. S. Coast Guard Station, Manistee, Michigan. The scope of the project includes constructing a 14,000 (approximate) square foot multi-mission station, temporary facilities, travel lift for a 47 foot long Coast Guard motor life boat and a mooring basin for Coast Guard boats. At the present time, the acquisition is expected to be issued under full and open competition procedures. However, in accordance with FAR 19.1305, if your firm is HUBZone certified and intends to submit an offer on this acquisition, please respond by e-mail or facsimile to Mrs. Roberta H.
