- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with HYDRAULICS INTERNATIONAL, INC., Chatsworth, California for two (2) each MHU-83 D/E Aerial Lift Truck (Part # 971480-10), and Accessories for the MHU-83, as follows; two (2) Fork Adapter Assembly, Short Bar with 2 Forks (Part # 65E35468-1), a Fork Adapter Assembly, Long Bar with 4 forks (Part # 65E35488-3), two (2) sets of Tie Down Strap Assemblies - 2 per set (Part# 65F35539-1), two (2) sets of Extra Long Roller Assemblies - 4 per set (Part# 3B1135D-1), two (2) sets of Bomb Support Roller Assemblies ? 4 per set (Part# 65C35569-1), two (2) Hook & Adapter Assemblies (Part# 65D35557-1), and two (2) sets of Fork Extensions (Part# 65E35559-3) in support of the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) F/A-18D Program. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
