- F- 101813P014, The US FIsh and Wildlife desires to enter into a 5 year contract with the State of Oregon Fish and Wildlife for processing returned coded-wire fish tags by commercial fishermen. When a fish is caught and it has a tag, the information directs the fisherman to send the coded-wire tag to the Oregon Dept of Fish and Wildlife. The tags are processed and reports submitted to the US Fish and Wildlife. These reports show the hatchery the fish were released from, the date of release, and the date caught. This information is used to track survival rates of fish from each hatchery. The cost for processing each tag is $11.00. For further information contact Kathy_Haluschak@fws.gov.
