Description: NA Solicitation DAAB07-02-Q-G417 is being published for information purposes only. The United States Army Communication and Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to procure a sole source acquisition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(B)(1), with Rockwell Collins, 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52498. Only Rockwell Collins has the technical data, expertise, and experience for performing the effort required. The procurement will consist of providing five (5) copies of Integrated Test Software (ITS) CDs, f or AN/ARC-220(V) High Frequency Radio, Rockwell Collins Part Number 984-2316-001. The software package will allow the Government to exercise and control the radio in conjunction with other systems for testing purposes. The software must have the followin g functional capabilities: a. Device Drivers for: ARC-220 1553; ARC-220 LSBI; & Stream device (simple ASCII) b. Dictionaries for the ARC-220 ARMY (ECP1 & ECP2) & Exportable ARC-220 (Current production version). c. 1553 Bus Monitor, RS-232 Monitor, Datafill, and Listfill Plugins d. HF Radio Control GUI for the ARC-220 e. Sample datafill file f. Online documentation to assist in operational configuration of ITS and plugins g. Y2K compliant Delivery will occur within thirty (30) days of contract award.
