PRON: AX3F0161AX, NSN: 1560-01-411-5156, PN: 70209-22103-067, Quantity 63 each applicabl e to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 20 each 250 DACA and 20 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main Street, Stratford , CT 06615-9129. This is a Flight Safety Part. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are enco uraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Fo reign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This informantion cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
