Description: NA On behalf of the Office of the Assistant Seceretary of the Army Installations and Environment and The Defense Contracting Command Washington.This proposed contract is being considered as a 100 percent set-aside for Historically Black Colleges and Universit ies and Monority Institutions,as defined by clause at 252.226-7000 of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.Interested HBCUs and MIs should provide the contracting office as early as possible,but not later than 15 days after this notice,evi dence of their capability to perform the contract,and a positive statement of their eligibility as an HBCU or MI.The Statement of Work sets forth the requirement for the development and implementation of a military to military information exchange program. This program will result in a number of information exchange agreements in various subject areas between a variety of cuntries western hemisphere and the United States.A report covering the results of this program is to be delivered to the Government withi n four years after the date of the award of the contract.This notice is a Request for Proposals.Interested HBCUs and MIs may send proposals to the attention of Ronald W.
