- This is a 5-year IDIQ (Basic and 4 subsequent ordering years) repair effort. Three line items: 0001- NSN: 4820-00-477-5080UC; NOUN: Valve, Linear Direct; P/Ns: 36190-2, 4H90624-101C; QTY: MINIMUM 1 EA AND MAXIMUM 20 EA for initial and out years; 0002 NSN: 4820-00-449-2840UC; NOUN: Valve, Linear Direct; P/Ns: 22560-6, 4H90608-103A; QTY: MINIMUM 1 EA AND MAXIMUM 25 EA for initial and out years; 0003 DATA, QUANTITY: 1 Lot. APPLICABLE TO: C-5 Aircraft. DESTINATION: Per Instructions: Direct/On Demand Shipment. The approximate issue date will be 3 March 2003. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. The approximate closing date will be 3 April 2003. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation to Eaton Aerospace, LLC, 4690 Colorado Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90039, Cage 99643; StarCraft Aerospace, Inc, 88 Osage Drive, Greenville, SC 29605-5229; and Lockheed Martin, Cage 98897. Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. See Note 26.
