Description: It is the intent of the 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), set forth in FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). This agency intends to award to Air University Foundation, 55 LeMay Plaza S. Rm. 226, Montgomery, AL 36112. The period of performance is 15 Mar 03 thru 30 Sep 03. See attached Statement of Work.
