Description: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service and Gallup Regional Supply Service Center, has a requirement for a Hemoglobin A1C, DCA-2000 Reagent Kits (Mfgr: Bayer Diagnostic). The period of performance is on a Government fiscal year with two (2) option years. Solicitation S03-0008/DB will be available on or about March 19, 2003, and invitation for bids (IFB) are due April 18, 2003. No telephone requests will be accepted.
