- Description
- The Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA intends to award a sole source contract to Frontline Corporate Communications for providing the community relations and risk communications subject matter expertise to assist DDSP-Memphis in presenting technical information to all stakeholders. This will include setting up Memphis' community information repository, finalize restoration advisory board (RAB)meeting minutes, prepare and finalized Memphis' Enviro News Letters, publicize Memphis FEB RAB meeting notice, develop and finalize agenda, retain the services to have the transcriptionist available to record meetings and rental of a meeting room for the period 1 April 2003 through 31 March 2004, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than full and open competition since Frontline Corporate Communications has been performing these services for the past seven years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governmetn. Information received normally will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
