- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) DCA200-03-R-5016. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-12 and DCN 20030214. (iv) This RFP is issued as a Total Small Business Set-aside. NAICS code is 513310, Telecommunications equipment. Size standard is 1500 employees. (v) Provide a price for the following CLINs (Quantities are in parantheses). CLIN 001 Kentrox AAC-3 Integrated Systems Controller W/SW 3.1.2 P/N 1022-312 (Qty 2): CLIN 002 Kentrox AAC-3 Power Supply (120 VAC) P/N 10100 (QTY 4): CLIN 003 Kentrox AAC-3 9 Slot Chasis P/N 10000 (QTY 2) CLIN 004 Kentrox AAC-3 DS3 Physical Layer Module, P/N 10300 (QTY 3): CLIN 005 Kentrox AAC-3 Quad Serial (V35/EIA-530) Physical Layer Module, P/N 10309 (Qty 4): CLIN 006 Kentrox AAC-3 Enhanced Traffic Shaping Cell Protocol Module P/N 10204 (QTY 4): CLIN 007 Kentrox AAC-3 Octal CES/CBR Protocol Module P/N 10207 (Qty 3) (vi) Delivery of the equipment shall be to NCTAMSLANT; 9625 Moffett Ave; Norfolk, VA 23511-2784 and EURCENT ATTN: N33, PSC 822; Box 1000; FPO AE09621. (vii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. (viii) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, shall not apply to this acquisition. Award shall be based on lowest price. (ix) Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. (x) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
