- DoD 2003.1 SBIR Solicitation will reopen for receipt of proposals and proposal modifications at 6:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) March 4, 2003 and will close at 6:00 AM EST, March 25, 2003. NOTE: Proposals received after the specified due date and time shall be governed by the provisions of FAR 52.215-1(c)(3). Submissions must include the proposal cover sheets, technical proposal, Company Commercialization Report, and cost proposal to be considered a proposal. Proposals must be submitted via the DOD SBIR website at http://www.dodsbir.net/submission following the instructions contained in the solicitation, including the instructions specified in the solicitation for the DoD component to which you are applying. Offerors who have previously submitted proposals through the DoD SBIR website may confirm that their proposals are complete as submitted and/or make changes as necessary. You do not need to resubmit your proposal if it is complete, you do not wish to revise it, and it was submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions. Only complete proposals submitted through the DoD SBIR website in accordance with the solicitation, including DoD component instructions specified in the solicitation, before the closing time will be considered for award. Offerors bear the risk of website inaccessibility due to heavy usage in the final hours before the solicitation closing time. The complete solicitation and amendment may be accessed at www.acq.osd.mil/sadbu/sbir. All other terms and conditions of the subject solicitation remain unchanged.
