- U. S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN NASHVILLE, TN AMOUNT: Approximately 3,565 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 3, 100 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: First Consideration will be given within central business district of Nashville, TN and must be located outside the flood plain area. Space located outside the central business district will be considered. North: Lebanon Road East: Stewarts Ferry Pike West: I-40 South: Donelson Pike REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN September 1, 2004. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 60 days written notice after fifth year. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
