- Description
- The Government has a requirement for professional Architect/Engineering (A/E) services to provide design services to Renovate Wing 2A at the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, N.C. 28301. The A/E shall provide all architectural and engineering services to include site investigation, design development, complete contract drawings and specifications, technical reports, costs estimates, construction period services and site visits. Work includes architectural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc. All new work shall meet all applicable VA design criteria, construction standards, national electrical codes and life safety codes. The NAICS code is 541320 and the size standard is $4 million. Estimated construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. A/E selection will be based on the professional and specialized services as stated in Numbered Note 24. All interested, responsible and qualified business firms shall submit three (3) copies of SF 254 and SF 255 to the attention of Janet Hudson (90C) at the above address. Forms must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. March 28, 2003. The forms may be downloaded from www.gsa.gov/forms. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and a solicitation document does not exist.
