Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Boulder City Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award on a "sole source" basis a purchase order to Digital Archive Technology, LLC, 27520 Hawthorne Blvd, Suite 260, Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274. The purchase order will be for the conversion of old microfiche to CD ROMS for long term record keeping and also to create a database compatible with Financial Interactive Analysis System (FINIAN). They have the technology to convert the microfiche to CDs and also an extensive knowledge of Reclamations standard general ledgers and cost authorities. They also have the capability to create a database that is compatible to Reclamation's unique program FINIAN. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is March 10, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offers shall show contractor's capability to provide the required work. Quotes are to be submitted no later than March 7, 2003, 4:00 p.m., PST.
