- Description: Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-2605, YPG03055001774, NSN 6840-01-424-2495, Insecticide, Altosid, Part number Altosid XR (Altosid Briquets). EPA REG No. 2724-421 registration and labeling are required. Unit box contains 220 each (Briquets). Repackaging is not authorized, with shelf life in accordance with NR 13873, QAP 001. Palletization requirements IAW MIL-STD 129 or latest revision marking and bar coding in accordance with AIM BC1. This solicitation is unrestricted, firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for 1901 boxes with option to increase the quantity, 100%. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item 0001 is (DVD), Direct Vendor Delivery, FOB Origin. Inspection and Acceptance will be Destination. This is not commercial item. The solicitation will be issued on 18 March 2003 with a closing date of 08 April 2003.
