- GSA, FSS intends to establish a ?not to exceed? one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for the nineteen (19) National Stock Numbers listed on the attached document. These NSN?s are part of GSA?s Stock Program, and will be included in an upcoming formal solicitation to be established within the next year. The SPQ will begin on May 1, 2003, and run for a few months or up to one year. Please take note there is no guarantee on quantities or on the length of this SPQ. All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB destination. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to all GSA stock tool orders, the following clauses apply; 552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction ? Hand or Measuring Tools or Stainless Steel Flatware, D-FSS-475 Bar Coding and 552.246-70 Source Inspection applies, D-FSS-468 Non-Manufactured Wood Package Material to European Union (Nov 2001). Award will be based on price and delivery (DARO). Quantities stated below are estimates based on the last three years usage.
